Toddler Safety

Keeping your Toddler Safe

Toddlers are developing in so many ways. They are trying new foods, learning about their bodies, walking and even running!

Your toddler is probably wanting to be more independent, but he still needs you to help him with just about everything. Make sure his environment is safe as he explores. This is a good way to keep him safe from injuries, too.

For more information on life with your toddler visit the Loving Care booklet, online from the government of Nova Scotia.

When is my toddler ready to come out of his crib?
When he is 35" tall.
When he's tried to climb out.
When the top rail reaches his nipple line.
I'm not so sure.
